Miriam “Mimi” Letchinger, nee Silberman, first woman President of Chicago Sinai Congregation; beloved wife for 61 years of the late Melvin; loving mother of Michael (Michele Pollak) Letchinger, Ellen (James Cohen) Letchinger, and Richard (Dana Wahrenbrock) Letchinger; adored grandmother of Hannah, Daniel, Riva and Will; cherished sister of Allan David (Joan) Silberman; dear sister-in-law of the late Donald (late Peggy) Letchinger; treasured aunt and friend to many. Memorial service Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. at Chicago Sinai Congregation, 15 W. Delaware Place, Chicago, IL 60610. Interment private.
