John H. Nathan, age 94, of Highland Park, World War II Veteran, respected retired executive with Enesco Corporation for 25 years; beloved husband of Margot, nee Landauer; loving father of Robert (Cathy) Nathan, Nancy (Angela Meyer) Eisenberg, Jeffrey (Mollie) Katz and Michael (Susan) Katz; adored grandfather of David (Dana) Nathan, Rachel (Michael) Fischer, Stacey (Charles) Lucterhand, Eric (Sarah) Eisenberg, Emily and Benjamin Katz, Alex and Andi Katz, and Matthew Ulrich; proud great grandfather of Jake and Mia Lucterhand, Joshua Nathan and Landon Fischer; cherished brother of Margot (Gunther) Marx. John will be dearly missed by his family, extended family and friends. Memorial Service Wednesday, August 17th, 3:00 p.m. at Am Shalom, 840 Vernon Avenue, Glencoe, IL 60022. There will be a reception immediately following the service at Am Shalom. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Am Shalom or Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center, 9603 Woods Drive, Skokie, IL 60077.
