Pauline Esther Mantell, nee Berkson, a joyful 104 years, she left an everlasting impact on the lives of her family and friends through her love and generosity; beloved wife of the late Morris; loving mother of Barbara (late Allan) Fridkin and Janet (Herb) Emmerman; adored grandmother of Mike (Mary Beaudry) Fridkin, Kim (Bob Leve) Fridkin, Dr. Scott (Dr. Cyndy Whitney) Fridkin, Dr. Andrew Emmerman and Stuart (Tracy) Emmerman; proud great grandmother of Claire, Jennifer, Melissa, Daniel and Allison; Pauline was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Service Friday, 1:00 p.m. at Am Shalom, 840 Vernon Ave., Glencoe.
