We are so sad to have lost our amazing Uncle Jack. His kindness, wonderful spirit and generosity will be greatly missed.
The time my family and I were able to spend with him throughout the years was a blessing. His stories, shared experiences, and gentile guidance has greatly influenced our values and has made a tremendous impact to our lives.
Our thoughts and prayers are with our Aunt Lilia and our extended family in Chicago.

Uncle Jack was my Great Uncle, but also like a Grandfather to me. I will always cherish the special memories I have of visiting him in Chicago and the times he came to visit us in Phoenix. He had the best stories and always knew how to make me laugh. He also was an educator at heart, always teaching me something new. Love and miss you Uncle Jack!

Uncle Jack was one of a kind. when I was younger he came over in kid crisis times(my parents were out of town) he could always be counted on. he was always the handyman in the family and I will never forget his generousity to me throughout my life.
