Lester Lopata, age 83, beloved husband of the late Barbara, nee Osoff; loving father of Randee (Wayne) Rubinstein and Mitchell (Stacey Peterson) Lopata; adored grandpa of Samuel and Jamie Rubinstein; devoted son of the late Jacob and Rebecca Lopata; cherished brother of Melvin (Sherry) Lopata; dear brother-in-law of Ellen (Harvey) Liss; treasured Uncle Lester of Michael (Linda) Liss, Nancy (John) Freund, and Jacob, Aaron and David Lopata. A special thank you to Rick, who made such a profound difference in Lester’s life. Service Sunday, 10:00 a.m. at The Chapel, 8851 Skokie Blvd., Skokie (at Niles Center Rd.).
