Condolence From: Shelly Wernikoff
Condolence: I could never have imagined a more wonderful friend and neighbor than Elaine. Always there to lend an ear or opinion during good times or bad, Elaine had a way of somehow seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and making everyone she touched feel a bit better. I suppose that was her greatest gift.

Elaine always told it like it was, and I respected her for that, even if we didn't always agree. Family was always paramount to her, as it should be, and her eyes lit up when she talked about the accomplishments of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Although Elaine enjoyed a long and happy life, it seems we can never get enough of those who touch our hearts so deeply. We don't want it to end... ever. We always want more of those we love. I will be hearing Elaine knocking at my door, smelling her blueberry muffins in the oven, and remember chatting with her on an almost daily basis... for the rest of my life. And... these will certainly be the most pleasant of memories.
