Condolence: My thoughts and prayers go out to the Halap Family. Francine was a wonderful lady, and raised the most caring and loving children! It was truly a blessing to see the amount of love and devotion a family could have for one another. I will be thinking of you all during this difficult time. I will forever hold on to the memories, and laughter Francine gave me during the time caring for her.
