Condolence: My sincere condolences to members of the Shapiro family.I knew Dave back in the day when myself and Ken Michel(Officiating Services) were responsible for providing on-ice officials for the North Division of the Chicago Metropolitan High School Hockey League. Dave was one of the the administrators for that division. He was great to work with and had such a positive demeanor and was always great about communicating with us about schedules etc. It was a pleasure knowing him. May he rest in peace.
