Daniel Berg, age 77, of Morton Grove, formerly of Skokie, respected educator in the Chicago Public Schools, retired from Mather High School in 2003; beloved husband of the late Ilene, nee Shadrow; loving father of Kim (Dr. Randall) Davis and Marni (Kurt) Nichols; adored Papa of Race, Tripp, Brielle and Griffin; dear brother of Mort (Barbara) Berg; devoted son of the late Maurice and Tillie Berg; cherished brother-in-law of Shirel (late Jerry) Shapiro and Rozie (Arnold) Goldberg; treasured uncle and friend to many. Service Monday, 10:00 a.m. at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove (1 blk N. of Lake Cook Rd.). Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Norridge.
